Essential operation

Authentication and security providers may set cookies or similar storage required to keep you signed in, protect your account and remember choices that are necessary to operate the service. CHNGE also stores your analytics preference in your browser so it can respect the choice you make.

PostHog analytics

If you choose Accept analytics, CHNGE loads PostHog using its European Union data region. It records page visits and product-usage events so we can understand traffic, journeys, drop-off and which parts of CHNGE are useful.

Session replay is restricted to public marketing pages. Form inputs are masked. Replay and automatic click capture are disabled in sign-in, onboarding and the private CHNGE workspace, where only a sanitised page-view event is sent when analytics consent is active. URL query strings are removed before analytics events are sent.

Vercel traffic and performance analytics

After the same analytics choice is accepted, CHNGE also uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights on public marketing pages only. These provide aggregate visit, device, referral and web-performance information such as page views and Core Web Vitals. CHNGE sends only the public page path for its own page-view calls. These scripts are not enabled on sign-in, sign-up, password-recovery, onboarding or private workspace routes.

No advertising tracking

CHNGE does not currently use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or sell analytics data to advertisers. Analytics must not contain CV text, career evidence, uploaded LinkedIn content, application writing, passwords or authentication tokens.

Change your choice

Use the Privacy choices control at the bottom of the site at any time. Declining stops optional PostHog and Vercel analytics and removes PostHog browser persistence used by this site. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using CHNGE.
