About CHNGE
What is CHNGE?
CHNGE is a private career workspace. Your saved Career Profile connects your job search, role assessments, applications and interview preparation, so you do not have to start again at each step.
How is CHNGE different from LinkedIn, Indeed or ChatGPT?
LinkedIn and Indeed help you discover vacancies. A general AI conversation can help you think or write using the context you provide. CHNGE brings your career evidence, preferences, saved roles and application work into one connected workspace. You stay in control of each decision and application.
Are the examples on the website real customer results?
No. The public demonstrations use fictional candidates, employers and example outputs, labelled as illustrations. They show how the features work, not customer testimonials or a promise of an interview or job.
Finding roles
Where do the jobs come from?
CHNGE's current vacancy catalogue uses direct public employer recruitment feeds hosted through Ashby and Greenhouse. Enabled feeds are scheduled to refresh hourly. You can also add a vacancy you have found yourself using a link, text or document.
Does CHNGE search every job online?
No. CHNGE searches its connected vacancy catalogue, not the whole internet. Coverage depends on the employer feeds available. A vacancy may close between discovery and application, so check the employer's advert before applying.
How often does my personal search run?
Paid Explore gives you an initial search when your profile is ready, then a fresh search every seven days, with up to three worthwhile results. Plus lets you start one fresh search each local calendar day. Pro searches automatically twice daily and can send optional career emails. These personal searches are separate from the hourly feed refreshes.
What happens when there are no new suitable roles?
CHNGE tells you the search has completed without new worthwhile roles. Your existing saved roles remain in your workspace. No plan guarantees a number of vacancies, an interview or a job offer.
Accounts and applications
What can I do for free?
Creating an account and setting up your Career Profile is free. Free profile setup does not include a live market search. Explore, Plus and Pro are paid plans; the Pricing page explains their features and access periods.
Does CHNGE submit applications for me?
No. CHNGE helps you assess a role and prepare your documents. You check the facts, decide whether to apply and submit through the employer's application route yourself.
What happens to my saved work when paid access ends?
Your saved career work is not deleted when paid access ends. You can still access, edit and download documents you have already created. Starting new paid AI work depends on your current plan.
Privacy and control
Can my employer or a recruiter see my profile?
CHNGE does not provide employers or recruiters with access to your private workspace, salary preferences, CVs or applications. You decide which documents to share outside CHNGE. CHNGE does not sell candidate data or offer employers paid placement in your match results.
How does CHNGE use AI?
AI features use relevant career material, vacancy information and your instructions to prepare assessments or drafts. Generated writing remains separate from confirmed career facts. Review and edit every draft before using it; CHNGE does not make career decisions for you.
How do I request a copy of my information or delete my account?
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data from Account or by emailing info@chnge.life. These rights do not depend on a paid plan. The privacy notice explains the process and any records that must be retained.
