Explore costs £7.50 for 30 days only. It uses the same search judgement as Plus and Pro, with an initial search, weekly refreshes and up to three strongest opportunities surfaced at once.
Plus is the complete self-service active-search choice. You run one fresh search each local calendar day, receive the full worthwhile result set and work through applications in CHNGE.
Pro adds full career-move assessments, Ask CHNGE, contextual interview practice, debriefs and follow-up drafts. It searches automatically twice daily and can email you about new roles. You can review completed searches, see the next scheduled search and bring a scheduled search forward when available. You stay in control of every application.
CHNGE supports your judgement. No plan guarantees an interview, job or salary outcome.
Explore is available for 30 days only. With Plus or Pro, choose seven days for a focused burst of work, such as preparing an application or considering a particular move. Choose 30 days for an ongoing search, fresh opportunities and follow-through.
Choose one-off access that ends automatically, or confirm auto-renewal at the same price every 7 or 30 days. A 30-day renewal is every 30 days, not a calendar month.

The final purchase summary shows your plan, period, total price and renewal choice before you confirm a payment. A free account and any earlier registration of interest create no payment obligation.
For a new paid purchase, auto-renew starts ON for both durations. The green switch clearly shows ON or OFF. Recurring payments require a separate checkbox that you actively select before checkout. Turn the switch OFF for a one-off payment. Your OFF choice is retained when you return or retry. Existing accounts and complimentary access never become subscriptions automatically.
Renewal repeats the same plan and duration: Explore £7.50 every 30 days; Plus £12 every 7 days or £29 every 30 days; Pro £19 every 7 days or £49 every 30 days. Stop future renewals in Account and retain your already paid access period. Applicable cancellation and refund rights also apply.
Using CHNGE or having previously registered interest never creates a renewal.
During your first seven-day pass, choose the 30-day option for the same plan before the pass expires. The initial payment is credited in full towards that 30-day period.
At these prices, Plus is £12 followed by £17, making £29 in total. Pro is £19 followed by £30, making £49 in total.
This extends access to 30 days from the original start. If you also choose renewal, the new 30-day cadence, price and first renewal date must be confirmed and the previous 7-day renewal replaced. It is a same-plan extension, not a cash credit or an additional free week.
Explore may upgrade to Plus or Pro. CHNGE quotes the new price with credit for unused paid Explore value. Plus may upgrade to Pro on its current duration using the same quoted-credit approach. The upgraded plan begins immediately after payment succeeds.
If you confirm renewal, it follows your new plan and duration. The previous renewal stops; CHNGE does not create overlapping subscriptions or access. Your original purchase, receipts and saved work remain in your history.
Your existing saved work stays in your account. You can return to it, edit and download documents, reports and coaching you have already created. Expiry does not delete your career profile, opportunities, applications or version history.
Automatic Pro searches and proactive product notifications stop when Pro access is no longer effective. Plus daily search rights stop when Plus access ends. Paid Explore search stops when its access expires. The account returns to the tier resolved by the entitlement system, without deleting historical work.
Your rights to export or delete your data do not depend on having paid access.
